Belvedere Halloween

Although 2020 was not the best year for the event industry, Art Seen Alliance was still able to keep busy. One of the projects was a spooktacular Halloween event for the Belvedere neighborhood. The sets included a creepy clown circus, a mausoleum, a foggy graveyard, and a dragon’s lair.
